Engineering and Surveying, and has a combined 30
years of experience in Surveying, Civil Engineering, and Construction
Administration. Since joining CEC in 1992,
he has successfully and efficiently completed all assigned tasks relevant to
Civil Engineering projects. For his diligence, enthusiastic efforts, and
leadership role in helping promote and elevate CEC to be one of the premier
Engineering Consulting firms in the State of Ohio, he was promoted in 1995
to lead the General Civil Department of this firm. His
considerable experience in all aspects of past projects, from initial survey
though design and final construction, enables him to administrate and manage the
professional team of his department to produce construction design document
efficiently, under budget, and ahead of schedule. He is experienced in AutoDesk
land Desktop design application, Microsoft Excel programs, and other advanced
design software. Experience: Transportation: Prepared and administered the design
for many highway, rural, and urban streets projects. Design included pavement
design and typical sections, quantities takeoff, special detail design,
maintenance of traffic, alignment, traffic controls, drainage systems (surface
and subsurface), utility design and relocation, curbs, sidewalks, ADA curb
ramps, traffic calming devices, streetscapes, and preparation of construction
cost estimates. His detailed knowledge of the national (AASHTO, MUTC, HCM, etc)
and local (ODOT, City of Columbus, SAO, OSU’s publications) design guidelines
enable him to prepare and produce design documents and the associated
specifications to conform all applicable standards accurately and diligently. Examples of completed projects include portions of I-670,

and Sanitary Sewer:

Design Prepared and administered design plans
for various underground utilities (waterlines, gas lines, fiber optic lines,
telephone lines, electric lines, sanitary/storm sewer lines). Design included
corridor rout selection. Plans showing existing features
corridor including existing underground utilities, existing right of way and
easement lines, property ownerships, proposed utility alignment relevant to
control monuments, and easement locations of the proposed utilities. Profiles
