Summary Experience:

Mr. Hornyak has more than 27 years of surveying experience and is proficient in CADD software and automated mapping software. During his career he has served in all survey crew positions and has several years experience managing a surveying company prior to joining CEC. He has performed all types of surveys, including: ALTA, boundary, topographic, hydrographic, construction staking, right-of-way, and control. He is experienced in all aspects of surveying required for transportation projects and has developed right-of-way plans for city, county and ODOT projects. Projects include the Morse Road & I-270 Interchange, Steltzer Road Connector, Dublin Road widening, Buckeye Lake sanitary trunk system, and many others. Took principal charge of the following recent surveying projects:

 

	MOT-75-13.11, Phase 1A (PID No. 75927) - Survey of 14 freeway bridges and 10 channel cross-sections of the Great Miami River in the City of Dayton, involving MOT (lane closures), GPS, robotic traversing, and in-river survey using electronic fathometer and water craft.
	MRW-71-5.96 (PID No. 24697) - Survey of roadway, right-of-way, and utilities for the widening of 14 freeway bridges on I-71 in Morrow County, involving MOT (lane closures), GPS, robotic traversing, and taking channel cross-sections.
	Champion Middle School - Boundary and topographic survey of a 5.5 acre school site. The survey involved reestablishing the boundary of the school property, complete research of the existing easements, vertical and horizontal control survey, subsurface utility investigation, and topographic survey.
	Cassady Avenue Widening (City of Columbus project) - Responsible for Site Survey, and preparing Right-of-Way Plans and Exhibits, and Legal Descriptions.
	Johnstown Road Widening (City of Columbus project) - Responsible for Site Survey, and preparing Right-of-Way Plans and Exhibits, and Legal Descriptions.
	James Road Bridge Replacement over Turkey Run (City of Gahanna project) - Responsible for Site Survey, and preparing Right-of-Way Plans and Exhibits, and Legal Descriptions.
